Take Action and Help End Trafficking & Exploitation

Child trafficking and sexual exploitation are real, and we need your help to stop them. Safe Passage walks alongside youth who’ve been impacted by sexual grooming, exploitation, or trafficking. We are dedicated to helping victims escape their abusive environments, sustain freedom, and believe in a hopeful life ahead. We use a holistic and victim-centered approach to support victims through mentorship, which has been proven as an effective method to promote healing in exploited youth. Mentorship is a restorative relationship that encourages growth and healing, builds protective factors, fosters resiliency, and develops a positive and encouraging support system to end victimization for good.

"My team of CASA volunteers benefited greatly from the training provided by Cara Starns at Safe Passage. As advocates for abused and neglected children, we saw immediately how vulnerable our younglings are to the evil of trafficking -  and how we could better protect them. It was critical information, and my only regret was that I didn't allot enough time for us to explore the issue even more deeply. Bonus: Ms. Starns is an enthusiastic presenter whose passion and grasp of the material is impressive."
